Is Waifu Masters available to the public?
No. Waifu Masters will always be by invitation only. All pre-orders are gated, limited, and subject to availability.
How do I request an invitation?
You may request an invite via the form on our website. Invitations are granted based on timing, availability, and referral performance. Not all requests will be approved.
When will my order ship?
All Waifu Masters Series 1 products are pre-orders. Estimated fulfillment begins in April 2026. You will be notified via email as production milestones are reached.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
No. All Waifu Masters products are final sale. By placing an order, you agree to a pre-order fulfillment timeline and waive standard refund windows, unless otherwise required by law.
Is there a Discord?
We are no longer using Discord, so there is no public community channel available.
What is the Insider's Pass?
The Insider's Pass is a paid annual membership that grants free shipping on all orders, exclusive pre-order access. It also unlocks guaranteed entry to future releases.

Is this a card game or a collectible series?
Both. Waifu Masters is built for collectors first, with a streamlined tactical game layered beneath. It is fully playable, but intentionally designed to be displayed, collected, and revered.

Waifu Masters is a Japan-based team. Our U.S. debut is made possible through an official publishing partnership with The Otaku Box.
Will these cards ever be reprinted?
Never. Series 1 is permanently limited. Once pre-orders close, the print run is locked. No restocks, no second editions.
Do you use AI art?
In today’s creative landscape, the boundary between human-crafted digital art and AI-assisted composition has quietly vanished. With the refinement of tools like Stable Diffusion, paired with the discerning touch of skilled human post-processing, artworks emerge that are as emotionally resonant and technically flawless as anything painted by hand. When brushwork can be mimicked, textures perfected, and anomalies erased with care, even the most experienced critic can no longer tell the difference. At WM, we believe this evolution is not a threat but a liberation. We proudly allow full creative freedom for our artists and do not discriminate against any creator for any reason. The only standard that matters is excellence.
Our finished pieces are the result of a layered process, often blending multiple techniques and approaches. Some begin as hand-drawn sketches, others emerge from digital painting, pose referencing, or concept modeling. From there, our team may refine compositions using image-based tools, paint over raw elements, or rebuild lighting and detail manually until the final vision is achieved. Each artwork is treated as a unique creation, shaped by the our intent and the story it serves. Whether analog or digital in origin, the result is a piece that reflects craftsmanship, coherence, and soul.
Who are your artists?
We feature a wide variety of art and artists, and different art pieces were created utilizing different tools and processes. For example, our collaboration card with cosplayer Giu Hellsing began as a hand drawn art piece on physical paper, which was layered over digitally utilizing multiple platforms. As a team, we enjoy exploring a range of mediums to convey our vision.
There was a time when artists were criticized for using Photoshop, Wacom tablets, or digital tools of any kind. Every shift in technology brings resistance from those who fear what they don’t understand, or what change it may bring. We believe progress in art should be explored, not condemned.
We stand by our policy of not discriminating against artists and the tools they use; and we firmly support their right to choose the tools with which to express themselves.
